<Personal Agents/>

I build authored AI agents and multi-agent orchestrations as a service. Architecture, deployment, ongoing operations. One operator, end-to-end — Denys Kot, working through Finekot Systems.

// what I build

Single-purpose bot

One agent, one job. Telegram secretary, intake bot, lead-gen scout. Persistent memory and one external integration.

Multi-agent orchestration

A small fleet that runs end-to-end of a business function. Each agent owns a domain; one supervisor routes work between them.

Ops & monitoring

Background workers that watch your stack — uptime, costs, deploys, alerts — and escalate to chat when something needs you.

// how it works

I work like a small architecture studio: I do the work myself, end-to-end, and I keep the engagement narrow enough to ship something real in weeks, not months. There is no team to coordinate. The Commander talks to one person — me — and the agent talks to your customers.

The first conversation is free. I want to know what your operator does every day that should be a service. After that we either lock a fixed scope and a fixed price, or we don't — no broken pipeline of "discovery calls" that lead nowhere.

Models swap, providers change, the agent stays. I write code on top of an SDK boundary, not on top of a single vendor. When the next-best model ships, your agent inherits it without a rewrite.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    We map the actual workflow you want automated — the inputs, the decisions, the handoffs. Output is a one-page spec, fixed scope, fixed price.

  2. 02

    Architecture

    Picking the model, the memory layer, the integrations. Single-tenant or shared. Self-hosted or managed runtime. You see the full plan before code starts.

  3. 03

    Build

    Authored agent code, your prompts, your tools, your data. Iteration on a private preview. No black-box frameworks.

  4. 04

    Deploy

    Production runtime in a region you choose. Logs, observability, cost dashboard. You own the keys.

  5. 05

    Operate

    Optional ongoing operations — model updates, prompt tuning, drift checks, on-call for incidents. Pause anytime.

Tell me what should be an agent.

Drop a one-paragraph description of the workflow. If it's a fit I lock scope and price within 48 hours.
